Affiliate Network
For projects requiring specialized industry knowledge, additional staffing, or independent review, CICN maintains a growing network of other independent consultants, smaller firms, and boutique firms. Clients will always have the opportunity to review the credentials of the CICN affiliate prior to execution of the work.
CICN affiliates are not “fly-by-night” contractors. They are seasoned entrepreneurs with extensive experience in their fields. Each CICN affiliate has a direct, vested interest in ensuring the success of your project- the success of their respective business depend upon it.
The CICN network currently consists of over 30 individuals across 11 firms. We have 16 CPA’s, 6 CIA’s, 12 CISA’s, and 2 CFE’s. These individuals collectively possess nearly 500 years of experience, including over 100 years of “Big 4” public accounting experience. The average experience level of CICN affiliates is 15 years.

Consultants from these other sources working on CICN projects are termed “CICN Affiliates”. CICN Affiliates are not employees of CICN and have no legal relationship to CICN. This business structure allows for the minimization of overhead costs to provide clients experienced consultants with proven track records at lower costs. When comparing CICN to large accounting and consulting firms, clients can expect to receive more experienced professionals at a substantial savings when choosing CICN.

5 years experience (10+ years preferred) in internal audit, IT audit, or business process consulting.
|
|
|
Maintenance of professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, etc.), if applicable, through Continuing Professional Education.
|
|
|
Project management experience
|
|
|
$1M of active professional liability insurance (higher levels may be required depending on specific client needs)
